SPAMMER ATTACK
DISRUPTS E-MAILS - (11/14/2007)
The tlai.com domain is currently experiencing
radically higher volumes of dictionary-attack spam which is disrupting
normal e-mails. If you do not receive your registration information
within 24 hours, please use the Feedback/Comments web-form to contact us.
We'd like
to take
that time to ask that you remind all your friends, family, and colleagues
to install and maintain firewall and anti-mailware protection on their
home computers in order to deny internet criminals the ability to
hijack personal computers for illegal purposes.
MISSING REGISTRATIONS/BLOCKED
MAIL - (10/26/2006)
It has come to our attention that various
internet
service providers have been blocking registration mails sent to customers
who purchased fonts, possibly due to spammers sending mass spam with
forged addresses. Some of these providers may include Hotmail,
Comcast, and AT&T. To all customers who have not received their
e-mails detailing how to download and unlock your purchase, check your
spam folder, or contact your internet provider, e-mail us and leave a
number where you can be reached. We
apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, as we develop
alternatives to e-mail, which due to spammers, is no longer a reliable
method of communications.
